Shocker bolt problems

so i bought a new bolt at cup(the evolve ulp) and i took it to a shop and they cant get it to work.it leaks near the shocker symbol on the side of the gun. they changed all of the o rings and still a leak. if anyone can help me figure out how to get it to work it would be great thx
