no, i dont have a lot of problems with it. the magnet wasnt close enough and it was bouncing. btw, when your shooting in your backyard and you want to shoot faster. loosen the magnet a lot so that when you shoot, the trigger will bounce like its attached to a spring. dont do this in a game though. its illegal

the shorty is shorter then teh reg and thinner. if there is a store near you stop buy and check it out.
